4. Moisturise and Eye Care:

- Use the Eye Gel with 1% Caffeine to reduce puffiness.
5. Use Sunscreen:
- Protect your skin with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Evening Routine

2. Apply AHA Peel (2-3 Times a Week):
- Use this to exfoliate and promote cell turnover. Don't use it on retinol nights.

4. Use Retinol (a Few Times a Week):

- Apply our moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated overnight.
Tips for Mature Skin
- Alternate Active Ingredients: Avoid using retinol, AHA, and Acne B70 on the same night.
- Use Sunscreen: This is crucial for mature skin, especially when using products that increase sun sensitivity.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink water and use hyaluronic acid to maintain moisture.
